Call 661-367-8986 What we make
Glass, light, and structure: the work itself.
The Preferred way
Walls shift. We measure anyway.
Older Santa Clarita homes have walls that have not been square in years, and aluminum frames expand and contract in this heat. So we measure everything in person before cutting anything. No phone quotes, no outsourced crews. We have done it this way since 1969 because what is in the wall matters more than what is on a spec sheet.
Visit and measure
We come out, measure the real opening, and check the wall behind it.
Fabricate to fit
Every enclosure and pane is made for that opening, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
Install, in house
Our own trained, AAMA-certified installers handle every job from site visit to final walkthrough.
Walkthrough
We check the fit, the seal, and the operation with you before we call it done.

What customers say
In their own words.
Quoted exactly from the testimonials on Preferred Glass and Windows' own site.
"I loved going with Preffered Glass as it was recommended by a family friend to fix my antique hutch cabinet. I spoke with Courtney and I needed 2 new pieces for my doors. She was great she got the measurements I needed and what I wanted. She got the work done same day. And when I installed the pieces one needed to be cut a little more because it was a little to big. She personally went to the back and cut the piece I needed so it can fit properly. 10 out of 10 recommend for all your Glasswork needs."
"Preferred Glass & Windows is an amazing company to work with beginning to end on any project! Scott came to my house to give me a quote on shower doors for my master bath and on all my windows. He was extremely professional and helpful and made sure everything went smoothly! Courtney at the front desk was super friendly as well and very knowledgeable and she had no problem answering any of my questions! The customer service was top tier and the installation job was even better! I will definitely be a returning customer."
"We had a broken window called for service to replace it. They came the next day measured the window said it would be a week or two to get the window call the next day. The window came in sooner than expected, they came that afternoon and installed it it came out great very impressed with their level of service. Thank you very much!!!"
